ארגון מנהל המוצר, כנס מנהלי מוצר
Along with a flagship product, each company has one or more products, which are there either to promote and support the main one (e.g. management systems) or benefit in some way the company's portfolio and or business objectives (e.g. support a non-mainstream use case).

Product management of such products is not a trivial task. On one hand, it might be a tedious routine job of collecting and prioritizing a long list of small features, building a thin roadmap with one major characteristic – almost no dev resources required.
On other hand, this may be a great opportunity for a PM to demonstrate his/her leadership and creativity and have his/her name associated with a turnaround.

In this Meetup Arthur Zavalkovsky will present real-life use cases and share his insights and lessons learned.
